Nowadays, knowledge is one of the most important assets in the international competition. It is typically bound to persons but can be explicated as information. So, it can be disseminated by use of information systems and social media applications or by persons. If this dissemination was able to be improved, e.g. by reducing the time needed for the transfer of knowledge or by the rising of the knowledge transfer quality, a competitive advantage can be realized.
